1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Shraddha Tours – Cab Service, Travels and Taxi Services.
  • “User” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Driver” refers to the independent contractor operating the cab or vehicle.
  • “Service” refers to the transportation and travel-related services provided by the company.

2. Use of Service

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details while booking.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unavailability, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Users must be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time. Delays may result in additional charges.
  • The Company provides only round-trip services unless otherwise stated. One-way bookings are not applicable for outstation trips.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be made via our website, mobile application, or customer support.
  • Customers may cancel bookings before the ride; late cancellations may attract applicable charges.
  • If the driver does not arrive at the scheduled time, customers may cancel without penalty.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny future bookings in cases of repeated last-minute cancellations.

4. Fare, Journey, and Payment Terms

a. Journey Type & Duration

  • Outstation Journey: Minimum 12 hours / 300 KM per day.
  • Local Journey: Minimum 12 hours / 120 KM per day (Minimum chargeable distance: 300 KM per day).
  • All trips are considered round trips (garage-to-garage).
  • Second journey will be counted after 12:00 midnight.

b. Night Charges

  • Before 6:30 AM and after 9:00 PM, night charges apply:
    • ₹300 for Sedans and SUVs (5–7 seaters)
    • ₹500 for Travellers and Luxury Vehicles

c. Extra Hour & KM Policy

  • Extra hour charges are applicable for up to 2 additional hours. Beyond that, the journey will be treated as a second journey.
  • Start and End KMs and Hours are calculated from garage to garage.

d. Additional Charges

  • Toll, parking, state entry fees, and any other charges are directly payable by the customer.
  • Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and service category.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Online Payment.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with the driver.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the user will result in additional repair or compensation charges.
  • Users must not carry illegal items, hazardous substances, or engage in unlawful activities during the journey.
  • Users are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for lost or misplaced items.

6. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers must follow traffic laws and ensure passenger safety.
  • Drivers are required to maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout the journey.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in abusive or unsafe behavior.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as business interruption or missed appointments.
  • Customers use the service at their own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

  • The Company collects and stores user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for operational purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction

  • Any service-related disputes should first be reported to Shraddha Tours Customer Support for amicable resolution.
  • Legal matters, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Shraddha Tours reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated through our website or mobile app.
